SEO Copywriting Training

SEO Copywriting Training Delivered Online

These bite-sized SEO web content writing training sessions are just two hours long – ideal for anyone working in a marketing department and business owners who amend their own websites.

Rachael looks at your organisation’s target audience and develops a bespoke, single-session SEO writing course for one or two people from your organisation for just £300 +VAT.

After the initial SEO website content writing training, the attendees will know how to approach SEO copywriting so they can start to apply it in their writing.

Each organisation receives its own, separate, tailored SEO writing training session delivered via Zoom. This is followed up with an hour of SEO website content writing support.

What’s so good about this SEO writing training course?

  • It’s tailored to your organisation and is not off the shelf.
  • The return on investment is enormous if you continually apply your new skills to online content writing.
  • The two hours of SEO writing training is followed by on-the-job support.
  • You benefit from over 20 years of solid experience in copywriting, PR and marketing.
  • It is short, efficient and effective.
  • It’s all live training – nothing is pre-recorded.

What is covered in the two hours of SEO writing training?

SEO copywriter Rachael Bean researches some of your products and services before discovering the SEO phrases that your target audience are using to find the products online.

In the SEO copywriting training session, attendees will learn how to find key phrases and meta descriptions and how to write web page content. The session also introduces Google’s EAT guidelines – using these helps to ensure that only authentic results turn up when customers use Google to search online.

After the online SEO content writing training session, delegates can receive up to an hour’s support per organisation. This is when they start to apply what they have learned in the SEO copywriting training. They usually email their first piece of web page text to Rachael: she will review it and give pointers to help refine their skills.

This support can be extended according to requirements, although anything beyond the hour that is included in the SEO copywriting training package will incur an extra charge.

Rachael believes that this approach is generally more effective than off-the-shelf training. People often become stuck because the gap between the examples used in their training material and their own marketing requirements is usually too wide, so they can’t apply what they have learned. This approach trains your web content writer(s) to write about the topics they have to promote.

Why do we provide this style of SEO copywriting training?

Rachael Bean explained: “Having trained many people in PR and marketing, I know that sitting with them at their desk and showing them what they need to do in real life is the most effective approach. However, during lockdown this couldn’t happen, so I started providing the same sort of tuition online.

“I don’t provide any pre-recorded off-the-shelf SEO copywriting training because I have seen too many people struggle to apply it in the context of their own job. This can be stressful and can reduce confidence and job satisfaction.”

What if your SEO copywriting projects are too large to complete in-house?

If your projects are too large to produce in-house, Rachael also provides SEO copywriting services.

Understanding

“Working with Rachael from Solution Factors has been a revelation in just how valuable it is to ensure that SIA's media/marketing/copywriting partner has a full understanding of, and empathy with, the needs of spinal cord injured people. Rachael has been working with SIA for the past eight months, writing media articles and fundraising copy for SIA's flagship magazine FORWARD, during which time the number of SIA members taking up fundraising activities has more than tripled. We

fully attribute this to the sensitive way in which Rachael writes her articles, while still ensuring that they are engaging and enticing to potential fundraisers. She often uses case studies of spinal cord

injured people in her articles to show other spinal cord injured people what they can achieve and how they too could get involved with supporting and raising funds for SIA.”

Gwen Pearson, Head of Fundraising at the Spinal Injuries Association, now CEO of Auckland Health Foundation

Trusted

“B2P HR has worked with Rachael on a range of projects, both client-based and personal. Most recently Rachael assisted B2P to bring a fresh, professional feel to our new website. Her attention to detail was second to none. By spending time really getting to understand our business, she has refocused our website to ensure it now appeals to a new, larger target market. This success has already been proven with a significant increase in traffic visiting our website and new customers coming on board via the new website. B2P also works with Rachael on client-based projects. She has a unique approach, demonstrating a seamless balance of business acumen, marketing expertise, creativity and humour – plus very strict working practices to ensure that deadlines and budgets are adhered to, which keeps even the most time-challenged executives on track. Rachael is a very welcome and trusted business colleague, who we not only enjoy working with but we would also recommend to anyone looking for an innovative, fresh and professional approach to their business and marketing strategy.”

Proactive

“Solution Factors has helped us sustainably market SpecTRAX and launch PriceTRAX to internationally known mobile technology brands. They quickly understood our complicated, highly technical products and services, proactively attracted media attention to raise awareness, wrote marketing material from scratch and produced e-bulletin campaigns. This has increased our salesforce activity using marketing to hand red-hot prospects to our internal sales teams for closing.”

Steve Entwistle, Vice President of Strategy Analytics

Expertise

“Their extensive expertise in the highly competitive, fast-moving IT market is a real asset. Finding such a good copywriter with the ability to identify selling points within highly technical industries and clearly communicate them to non-technical individuals is a real challenge.”
