Sometimes, after a senior marketing executive resigns, employers do not want to commit to hiring a replacement in the short term. In these instances, Rachael continues to cover your marketing management for as long as required. 

What happens if your Head of Marketing returns early?

In this case, your employee is welcomed back to their post. Rachael hands back the reins to them when they are happy with this, and stays on call until they are back up to speed. 

Does an interim marketing director or manager need us to provide a marketing plan?
