Case Study Writer

Case Study Writing Services

Our Case Study Writer, Rachael, has over 20 years of experience in writing real-life stories. These case studies help organisations to generate ‘big ticket’ leads, close commercial sales and become shortlisted for, or win, high-value contracts.

Copywriting case studies for complex or technical industries is an area in which Solution Factors has excelled over many years. They capture the challenges organisations have faced, describe the solution and the difference it made. It’s important that all case study writers make everyone mentioned in the case study come across well.

“Rachael writes first-class technology case studies that help win you new business. The process is short and painless: she makes it easy for everyone.” Neal Chahan, Client Director, RedPalm Technology Services

Rachael sometimes writes case studies to support mass communications in magazines, concerning sensitive topics. These case studies are written to educate the reader, rather than startle them or grab their attention. Everything is written according to the highest ethical standards.

“Rachael often uses case studies of spinal cord injured people in her articles to show other spinal cord injured people what can be achieved and how they too could get involved with supporting and raising funds for SIA.” Head of Fundraising at the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA)

A painless case study writing process

For the best results, Solution Factors prefers to adhere to this case study writing process when producing and managing the approval process for all customer stories.

  1. You call your customer and ask permission for your case study writer to call and interview them over the phone.
  2. Rachael books a telephone appointment with them, and sometimes sends them an example of a case study along with an outline of the questions she’ll ask.
  3. Your customer is interviewed: this takes 20–30 minutes.
  4. Rachael writes a first draft of your case study and sends it to you for checking/amendments.
  5. When you’re happy with the case study content, we send it to your customer and apply their amendments (sometimes there aren’t any) and gain final sign-off from them.

Any written changes provided are checked and polished so that your case study has a professional finish when it’s published online or used as a hard-copy sales tool.

All our case studies accurately portray real-life stories in a respectable and interesting way. Your target audience will directly relate to them, which will increase your credibility and clearly illustrate your track record.
