A painless process for you and your customer.
For the best results, Solution Factors prefers to adhere to this process when writing and managing the approval process for case studies.

  1. You call your customer and ask permission for your Solution Factors case study writer to call and interview them over the phone.
  2. Our case study writer emails them an example of a case study, along with a description of the type of questions she will ask. A telephone appointment is normally booked at this stage.
  3. Your customer is interviewed by our case study writer, over the telephone – this takes 20–30 minutes.
  4. Our case study writer creates a first draft.
  5. You check the content for accuracy, and send us any amendments.
  6. When you’re happy with the case study content, we send it to your customer and apply their amendments (sometimes there aren’t any) and gain final sign-off from them.
